Joe Howard Williamson
Joe Howard is the primary speaker for the chapels and "Smart Talk." He has a dynamic testimony about his personal experience of knowing God through Jesus Christ and how God saved him from a life of drugs and alcohol. He is able to communicate to the students that there is hope, no matter what the circumstances.
Joe Howard was licensed to preach in 1995, and is a staff evangelist at First Baptist Church in Archer City, Texas.
Joe Howard lives in Archer County, Texas, where he is a rancher. He has been involved in the horse industry for over 30 years. He currently is a competitor in the NCHA Non-Pro division, where in the past seven years he has been a world finalist, winning the World Championship in 1999. He has also been inducted into the NCHA Non-Pro division Hall of Fame.
